The Governor of Delta State and Visitor to the Delta State University, His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan CON, this weekend was guest at the 8th Convocation ceremony of the University. The Governor was hosted at the event by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Eric A. Arubayi and the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council, Mr Tony Elumelu CON. The Convocation Ceremony was held at the Convocation Arena site 3 at the main campus, Abraka.
