Tony Chucks Obuh has received
the endorsement of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Delta Central, as all members
have been enjoined to rally around his candidacy. A source at the meeting was
quoted to have said that it was unanimously agreed that it is the turn of Delta
North to produce the next governor. He said the meeting noted that Tony Obuh has been known to be humble, simple and with deep
knowledge that can keep the economy of the State strong and vibrant.
A chieftain of the Party from Delta Central
who pleaded for anonymity, claimed in confidence that there is a directive to
all the political class, just like it was done in the past nomination exercises
to rally round Tony Obuh.
According to him, following this directive,
the Delta Central political class, which before now were in different
governorship aspirants camps, are now moving into the Tony Obuh 2015 project.
