MAN BEATEN TO PULP BY CULTISTS FOR ALLEGEDLY DATING A MEMBERS WIFE


You are looking at Mr. Nnakaeye Eze , who was beaten don’t be silly by a gang of cult boys who claimed he was sleeping with the wife of one of their members called Darlington.

The cultists according to reports stormed the victim’s shop at Olawale Street, Ire Akari Estate, Isolo, Lagos about 10.30pm with weapons such as axes and knives.

The cultists, who are allegedly members of the Aiye Confraternity, stormed the victim’s shop and started using their weapons on him.

The victim told Punch that after beating him, the cultist vandalised his shop and stole N21, 000 from him. He also denied ever dating the wife of the cult member and revealed that he was married.

“It is not true that I dated his wife. I am also married with one child. They did not only injured me, they also vandalised my shop, stealing my wallet which contained N21,000. The cultists, also called by an alias, Egedege, are terrorising the Ire Akari, Ago Okota residents. They come in the evening, and lurk around relaxation spots, waiting to unleash terror at night,”.

The 35-year-old also said he managed to escape from the scene, adding that he reported the matter at the Ago-Okota Police Division the following morning.

Abuja, Nigeria — The Federal Government of Nigeria has inaugurated a 12-member Presidential Advisory Committee on the Prerogative of Mercy (PACPM), tasked with recommending individuals eligible for presidential pardons from criminal convictions. GOVERNOR OBOREVWORI APPOINTS OSEJI AS DELTA HEAD OF SERVICE

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has approved the appointment of Dr. (Mrs.) Minimim Oseji as the new Head of Service.
