Akwukwu-Igbo, the
headquarter of Oshimili North and Isele-Uku, the headquarter of Aniocha North
Local Government Areas were on lockdown today following the visit of Senator
Ifeanyi Okowa, PDP Governorship candidate in Delta State.
His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, Governor
Delta State, Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay, Secretary to the Delta State
Government were among those who graced the PDP Campaign Rally At Akwukwu-Igbo,
Oshimili North Local Government Area, Delta State.
As usual the Campaign
train first ported at the palaces of the Royal Fathers before moving into the
campaign arena. The sea of heads and
cars stretched over three kilometres. Everywhere was agog
as in all places the campaign train passed through the people trooped out en-mass
to showcase their love and support for the Delta PDP governorship
candidate.
Senator
Okowa was assured of the overwhelming support of the people of Oshimili North and
Aniocha north Local Government Areas.
