A former gubernatorial aspirant on the
platform of the PDP, SirTony Obuh has pledged his support and that of his group
to Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, PDP Governorship candidate for Delta State.
At a brief ceremony in Hotel Benezia,
Sir Tony Obuh noted that Senator Okowa is a good leader, experienced politician
and the choice of the people. He therefore implored all Deltans to support and
work for him to ensure his victory at Governorship poll.
Sir Obuh emphasized that Senator Okowa
is able and capable of transforming Delta State, including accomplishing the
goals of a Delta Beyond Oil. He said he would do all to deliver Senator Okowa
at the election in February, 2015.
In an embrace, Senator Okowa thanked Sir
Tony Obuh for his support. He called on all Deltans to join the Prosperity
Team.
