The accomplishments Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, will continue to remain in the annals of the State history, especially in respect of human capital developments, Health and Education sectors. 

Delta State Teaching Hospital Oghara first kidney transplant, Eku Baptist Hospital, Free Maternal Health Care from 0-5years and others numerous to mention and many primary and secondary schools renovated across the State. Kudos to the visionary Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan led administration.
