The
Governor-elect of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has received certificate
of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission at its
headquarters in Asaba.
While
speaking after receiving the certificate of returns, the Governor-elect thanked
INEC, security agencies and all Deltans for the peaceful elections.
Senator
Okowa vowed to serve Deltans with love and respect and also to deliver
dividends of democracy to all Deltans.
