The
Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa has inaugurated Chief
Festus Ochonogor and Hon. Omimi Esquire as Senior Political Adviser and
Political Adviser respectively. The inauguration of the new Senior Political
Adviser and Political Adviser took place today at the Unity Hall, Government House.
Speaking at the
ceremony, the Governor said that “I congratulate both of you on your
appointment as Senior Political Adviser and Political Adviser respectively. In
your respective positions, you are the Chief Advisers to the Governor on
political matters. Both of you are not new; you have been with the PDP right
from the onset. So, you are already well-known persons within the State. The
senior political adviser has worked as a member of the State Working Committee
of our great party, the Peoples’ Democratic Party, (PDP)”.
