The Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa today worshiped at the Christ Embassy aka Believers Loveworld, Warri at the thanksgiving Service of His Excellency, Barrister Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the Deputy Governor of Delta State.
