dust as Election Tribunal gives verdict.
From the onset both
APC and Labour party know fully well that Governor Okowa's victory is certain, because they deliberately refused to do grassroots campaign, rather they embarked
on a battle over endorsement of UPU, while Gov Ifeanyi Okowa was canvassing for support through his
prosperity manifesto for Deltans.
No doubt Governor
Okowa is destiny child and God has been in control.
