State, Senator, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, today paid a condolence visit to
Ubulu-Uku Kingdom to commiserate with the families of the late Monarch, HRM Obi
Edward Ofulue III and the entire people of Kingdom of, Delta State over the

member representing Aniocha South constituency in the Delta State House of
