IF ALL APC MEMBERS ARE SAINTS, WHO ARE THE CORRUPT?

All APC members are a saint. In the same vain any man who crosses over from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) automatically becomes a saint. The APC has a perfect beatification and canonization programme that cleanses her members of their previous sins. Or so I think. 

Recently, the EFCC arrested both the Spokesman of the PDP and an APC chieftain, a friend of Mr President. Before Nigerians could open their eyes, the anti-corrupt body had released the APC chieftain and Mr Olisa Methu is still in the custody of the EFCC.

Sensing that Nigerians will protest against their double standards, they quickly told Nigerians that the APC chieftain had returned the funds without presenting any evidence of such payment to the public. But do this people think Nigerians are fools?

The one thing that keeps everyone wondering is how we intend to sustain this deception about anti-corruption drive.

Ahead of the September 21 governorship election in Edo State, the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) unveiled a 197-member council on Wednesday to lead its campaign. According to the list released by APC National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Argungu, Cross River State Governor Bassey Otu has been appointed as the chairman of the campaign council. On Friday, May 31st, during the funeral service for the Late Asagba of Asaba, the essence of true leadership was vividly displayed.
