to the persistent demand of both citizens and motorists that the BRT project on
the Warri/Effurun road be dismantled, the S.M.A.R.T Governor has finally hearkened
to the voice of the people.

new look of Effurun/Warri Road below after the BRT project was dismantled as a result of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s directives. Following that directive, the
BRT project was dismantled to ease traffic congestion.
