Barrister Kingsley Esiso has just emerged as the Chairman PDP
Delta State at the State Congress held under peaceful atmosphere at the
Cenotaph Asaba.
In his inaugural speech Barr. Kingsley Esiso, the newly elected PDP State Chairman reaffirmed his support for Delta State Governor noting that I am a product of zoning and I must say that I subscribe to zoning. In this regard, Delta State Governorship remains in Delta North till 2023.
