The Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa today
swore in Mr. Reginald Odjegba Ebitimi Bayoko as the new Head of
Service of Delta State.
The Deputy Governor Barr Kingsley Otuaro, House of
Assembly Members led by the Speaker, Rt. Hon Monday Ovwigho Igbuya and
Deputy, Rt. Hon Osanebi Osanebi Ossai Friday, Secretary to the state government
Hin Festus Agas, State Exco members, top government functionaries, Permanent
Secretaries, Heads of Extra-Ministerial Departments and Agencies, family
members, friends, well-wishers, as well as stakeholders in the Delta State
project were all present
Mr Reginald Bayoko who was until now the Permanent
Secretary, Ministry of Finance, takes over from Mr. Patrick Origho who has retired
from the service after a meritorious service the State.
The Ceremony took place today at Delta State
Government House Asaba.
