The Governor
of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa has signed four bills into law,
these are: Delta State Economic Planning Council (Amendment) Bill, 2015; Delta State
Advisory Council on the Prerogative of Mercy Bill; Delta State Security Trust
Fund (Amendment) Bill and the 2016, Delta State Anti-kidnapping bill
The members
of the State House of Assembly led by the Speaker Rt Hon Monday Ovwigho Igbuya
and the deputy Rt Hon Osanebi Ossai Friday today presented the bills before the
governor to assent to Laws.
