The forthcoming Igbo Summit will
look into the issue of restructuring and other issues affecting Ndigbo in
Nigeria.
The
Igbo Summit on Restructuring will hold at Awka in Anambra State on Monday, 21st
May, 2018.
The
event will not only deeply put into the front burner the Igbo position on
Restructuring of Nigeria but will also consider several other issues affecting
Ndigbo in Nigeria and other national issues.
Also
other progressive Nigerians and groups will be given opportunity to air their
views on various national issues.
These
include South south, South west, middle belt and progressive Arewa groups,
The
IPOB and other pro Biafran groups should see this event as an opportunity
to x-ray all the options available to Ndigbo in Nigeria in a more collaborative
and result oriented manner.
The
issue of Referendum and even Biafra are not close ended issues that should not
be subjected to public discourse among Ndigbo since whichever step that is
taken will affect the generality of Ndigbo.
We must be circumspect and not fall
into the hands of our adversaries.
