OBASANJO MOCKS TINUBU OVER LEADERSHIP POSITION IN APC

Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, mocked the national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu during a recent interview session.
In a recent interview with titled the “The Talk” with “Voice of the People”, Obasanjo said he does not know Tinubu’s leadership position in the APC.
He also discussed other national issues on the show and also talked about the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
The ex-President had been asked to identify the designations of certain political figures in the country.
He identified Muhammadu Buhari and Prof. Yemi Osinbajo as the President and Vice President respectively, while he also identified Senator Bukola Saraki as the Senate President.
When asked to identify Tinubu, he said, “Oh, Bola? Bola is supposed to be the leader of the APC. I don’t know the position of his leadership as you and I are talking.”

Abuja, Nigeria — The Federal Government of Nigeria has inaugurated a 12-member Presidential Advisory Committee on the Prerogative of Mercy (PACPM), tasked with recommending individuals eligible for presidential pardons from criminal convictions. The committee, chaired by the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, was inaugurated on Wednesday. GOVERNOR OBOREVWORI APPOINTS OSEJI AS DELTA HEAD OF SERVICE

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has approved the appointment of Dr. (Mrs.) Minimim Oseji as the new Head of Service. Her appointment follows the retirement of Mr. Reginald Bayoko, who served in the position for nearly nine years. Dr. Oseji, a medical doctor, was previously the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and had also served as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health.
