US POLITICAL SCIENTIST IAN BREMMER UNCONVINCED BY “BUHARI’S” “I’M NOT JUBRIL” DENIAL ATTEMPT IN POLAND

Ian Arthur Bremmer a famous American political scientist specializing in U.S. foreign policy, states in transition, and global political risk took to Twitter to quiz Nigeria’s president Muhammadu Buhari’s denial of being a double or imposter.
Buhari in Poland had told a crowd that it was “him” and not a clone or body double.
“It’s real me, I assure you. I will soon celebrate my 76th birthday and I will still go strong,” Buhari told Nigerians in a town hall session in Poland, where he was attending a conference when asked about Jubril.”
Ian Bremer did not find that convincing:
“That’s exactly what I’d say if I were an imposter. ” Bremmer tweeted with a “thinking” emoticon.

Body Doubles

Many world leaders and politicians have in the past been noted to have and deploy body doubles.
Late Libyan president Muammar Ghaddafi is believed to have had dozens of body doubles.
A former US president Lyndon Johnson was also outed for using body doubles.
There was widespread belief that US Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton deployed a body double when she fainted in New York.
Images showed a slimmer looking version of the candidate waving at the cameras from a distance.
This event was a major contributor to her political loss to Donald Trump.

Seriously, focus on her feet. It's like she was dead. Amazingly, she came out of Chelsea's apartment an hour later. Or did she? Body double? pic.twitter.com/DeENB5dVEI

OBOREVWORI: How Not To Glorify A 'One Chance' Governor - By Zik Gbemre

It is appalling how, in desperation to sustain its thieving hegemony over the Delta State Government since 1999, the Delta PDP had the audacity to impose the weakest, most uninformed contender, a local champion, as Governor over a state replete with accomplished men and women of immense capacity. Given this unenviable privilege, one would have expected the fortunate placeholder governor, Sheriff Oborevwori—whose only election campaign manifesto was pledging to improve on the failed leadership of Ifeanyi Okowa, his predecessor—to engage creative minds and individuals of proven integrity to assist him in making a difference. Rather than doing the needful, Oborevwori has worsened matters by electing to engage the same spent leaders, deadwood, and gluttons that have gained prominence in running the state down over successive administrations. The result has been a government of mediocre officeholders competing to run the state for their pockets at the detriment of the populace, under a gove...
