OMO-AGEGE GREETS FRED MAJEMITE AT 56.... Reassures On Nigeria's Prospects For Unity And Progress

There are still focused leaders whose disposition gives much cause for hope, unity and progress in Nigeria, Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has said.
In a birthday message to one of the Urhobo leaders in Delta State, Olorogun Fred Majemite, Senator Omo-Agege described the former Commissioner for Lands and Survey as one of those whose keen sense of nationalistic commitment to the state and Nigeria deserve to be celebrated.
The Delta Central Senator also described Olorogun Majemite as a genuine friend and a true brother.
“As you mark off another year, I join other well-wishers to celebrate your life and service to the Urhobo nation and Delta State.
“You have proven yourself to be a genuine political leader and great grassroots mobilizer of high repute, who has been an inspiration to others.
“Your service to our state as Commissioner for Lands and Survey impacted the Urhobo nation and Delta State positively in every aspect.
“Also, your friendship and brotherhood are a great gift to me. On this special day, I pray that you will be graced with peace, good health and joy,” Senator Omo-Agege stated.

Ahead of the September 21 governorship election in Edo State, the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) unveiled a 197-member council on Wednesday to lead its campaign.
