DELTA APC’S DRINKING PARLOUR PRESS RELEASES

The All Progressives Congress (APC) will hold an extraordinary ...

Those not versed in logic are blissfully unaware of how much our brain messes up the most basic of arguments, leading to the mess of random thoughts, non-sequiturs, cognitive dissonance, white lies, misinformation, and syntax errors that we call consciousness. This is the act of acrimony committed by the Delta State Director of Political Communication of APC, who fabricates fallacious write-ups and calls them ‘’Press releases’’.

His fallacies are often characterized by a refusal to consider evidence contrary to a cherished belief. It is called “the fallacy of the irrefutable hypothesis.” This is very common in conspiracy. Inappropriate appeal to authority is an attempt to get a position accepted by appealing to an inappropriate or unqualified authority.

This is extremely common in most junk media networks. These media outfits tell lies to mislead the helpless public. But it is said that there are three types of lies – lies, damn lies, and statistical lies.” Above all, don't lie to yourself. In most Delta State APC press releases, they lie to themselves. A man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point that he cannot distinguish the truth within or around him from lies and so loses all respect for himself and for others. It is an established fact that no matter how you bath a pig, it will run back to the mud, as it will not wish to lose the resemblance of its ancestor.

The director public communication has been issuing incessant releases, even while trying to impersonate the office of the publicity secretary of APC in Delta State through the back door. But I will strongly advise him to toe a part of honour.

He should realize that any day an ape attempts to dress as human, it will not have the gorgeousness of the humans but the spitefulness of the demons. He should know that no matter the level of lies he peddles to their little number of party faithful, the fact remains that his Party has run out of ideas in the State.

The people of Delta State are intelligent humans with a lot of self-dignity and genuineness, who won’t want to be part of the political charade and selfish pursuits.

The Delta APC communication director is a freeloader who seeks treasures through the anus of demons who wish to betray the innocent public to gain relevance, talking like intellectual but very deceptive. Whose hope in spreading falsehood is to gain popularity.

So APC should know that not how many fabrications they try to display in all the publications in the world that is worthy of note. Court cases are not won by fictitious claims but by facts and evidence that merit the law criteria.

I really feel sorry that the director of public communication his releases is so regressive in thinking that instead of confronting issues; he tries to accuse others, while looking for escape routes.

I know it is only in drinking parlours that the congregants are allowed to spew anything from their mouths, not because those words have merits but the talker is controlled by the spirit of alcohol. Those in tandem with them can deny themselves of themselves, so I forgive the congregants of those beer parlour press releases and may the sanctity of God’s sanctum cleanse them from the spirit of lies and misinformation.

OBOREVWORI: How Not To Glorify A 'One Chance' Governor - By Zik Gbemre

It is appalling how, in desperation to sustain its thieving hegemony over the Delta State Government since 1999, the Delta PDP had the audacity to impose the weakest, most uninformed contender, a local champion, as Governor over a state replete with accomplished men and women of immense capacity. Given this unenviable privilege, one would have expected the fortunate placeholder governor, Sheriff Oborevwori—whose only election campaign manifesto was pledging to improve on the failed leadership of Ifeanyi Okowa, his predecessor—to engage creative minds and individuals of proven integrity to assist him in making a difference. Rather than doing the needful, Oborevwori has worsened matters by electing to engage the same spent leaders, deadwood, and gluttons that have gained prominence in running the state down over successive administrations. The result has been a government of mediocre officeholders competing to run the state for their pockets at the detriment of the populace, under a gove...
