Gaining
momentum can mean to get an advantage in a situation. I think of it like this.
You know how when you push a cart, if you let go it keeps going. It does that
because of momentum. So to gain momentum is to gain force to go forward. You
cannot win political campaign without momentum. With momentum, campaigns roll
to victory, without it, they linger into defeat.
As predicted,
the simple, humane, modest and respectful disposition of My Tony C. Obuh is
moving the political momentum in the Governorship nomination of the People’s
Democratic Party in Delta State in his favour. He is gaining acceptance among
average Deltans. With his mild and humble personality, only very few
people within the political circle will resist his aspiration.
Going by the
huge crowd at the Legislative Quarters yesternight, you can see that the
status quo campaign, going forward with the ideas, as we have seen in the last
four years, is why Mr. Tony Obuh is gaining momentum. Governance and administrative continuity is a major
advantage that insiders provide.
