I know you have
received a lot of messages already wishing you the best year ever. And I wish
you the same! However, I want to quickly add this: for this year to be
truly great, you've got to step up your game. You have got review what went
wrong in 2014, why, and what you must do to not have it repeated this year.
Next, I want you
to review what went well in 2014, why, and keep doing it, and possibly improve
on it.
If you have not
already drafted an action plan for 2015, take out some time and do it now! As
the saying goes, "If you fail to plan, you are planning to
fail."
Above all, this is
very important, TAKE ACTION! This is what separates those that succeed from
those that flounder. No matter how grandiose and detailed your goals
and plans are, if they are not backed by action, nothing would be accomplished.
I have a lot of hope for you this year! I know you'll make yourself and loved
ones proud.
